What is Breakfast Club?
Breakfast Club is the 'before school club' for pupils attending Barleyhurst Park Primary School and Nursery. It runs everyday that the school is open to pupils.
As of September 2026, Breakfast club now has two different aspects to it.
07:45- 08:15 is attended by pupils who have paid for a place.
08:15- 08:45 is free for pupils to attend (but must still register their intent to attend)
At 8:45am the children are accompanied to class to begin the school day.
Children attending Breakfast Club will be offered a healthy breakfast. This will include a variety of cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurts.
How much does it cost to attend?
If attending breakfast Club between 07:45 and 08:15, for pupils attending the main school, the cost is £2.00 per pupil, per session; for nursery pupils, the cost is £3.00 per pupil, per session . Children eligible for Pupil Premium funding receive a 50% discount.
Payments should be made on ParentPay.
A place in the ealier session of Breakfast Club can only be secured on receipt of payment.
How can your child(ren) join?
Pupils must be registered with Breakfast Club before they can attend the club. Breakfast Club places are booked via ParentPay.
Spaces are limited and therefore pupils must book a place for each day that they want to attend the club. Bookings should be made in advance.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, on receipt of payment.
